Communication..

For you, what is communication ? What are it's types ? What are it's barriers ? How can we make an effective communication ? What are the components of an effective communication ? 

Let's try to figure out these all questions..

Communication:- Generally ,the sharing of ideas , facts , opinion from one body to another body is called communication. The body can be a single person or a group of person. It is a two-way process in which the speaker has responsibility to deliver the best he/she can to their audience or listener and the listener also have that responsibility to listen to the speaker and give a proper feedback to him/her. 

             Essentials of communication

Many things should be kept in mind during an communication some of these are Attentiveness , Listening ability , Open-thoughts , Bunch of information on that topic ( it is essential as you have no right to misguide your audience) , Confidence , Friendly nature , at the end Feedback is the most important component of the communication. Suppose if you buy a product then the seller should have informed about what they have delivered or provided to their audience. 

                 Types of communication 

Communication is basically of two types Verbal and Non-verbal Communication. 

Verbal communication:- It is the use of words or phrases in our communication used. Selection of words plays an important thing in an ongoing communication. Your words should not affect anyone by any means i.e.,.emotionally, socially or morally. The tone should also be maintained or controlled during the communication it should not show any traces if overjoy and oversorrow. It includes only 5 % of the communication. 

Non-verbal communication:- It iseverything apart from the words used. It is body posture , facial expressions , gestures , signs , etc.,. It makes upto 95 % of the communication. 

                 Effective communication 

It is the form of communication in which speaker delivers exactly what he/she want to it's audience and audience should also respond to it with full efficiency. The feedback from the audience to the speaker is must as it represent how much the audience get him/her , how better did the speaker  explained , how good are the points of the speaker and at last how much the audience is satisfied by the communication , these all get clarified by the Feedback of the audience. The ideas of the speaker should be of the top. The speaker should also have a better command and control over their audince as it explains their capability.

                Barriers of the communication 

There are certain barriers which stands like a wall in every communication. Some of these are mentioned in the given pic:-

These barriers can be removed by one and only thing i.e.,. PRACTICE. If you want to be flawless in your communication  then you must overcome these barriers. By being Multilingual, Punctual but Confident , Intellectual , having control over your emotions , postures , speaking skills , being a good and fast learner and Informative you can overcome all the barriers of the communication. 

Communication is the thing which can evoke you to do a certain Sin and also to achieve something which you have never thought of. It is among the most essential elements of the life. I would like to conclude with an example that a Deaf person eventually also get Dumb as he/she has never learned or heard a word so this is natural that they will eventually lost the capability of Speaking. Without a proper communication the system becomes handicapped and a proper communication leads to a more better and more clear vision towards the future of that system.
