Depression.
Do you ever feel depressed ? How do you cope with that situation and how do you overcome it thoroughly ? Answer to this questions can vary from person to person.
Let's try to find out what depression is how to cope with in simple ways...
Depression:- It is the state of mind which make us to feel low. It's definitions can vary according to different fields.
It is like that white ant which eats up the inner layer of the woods and make it worthless and hollow from inside. There is a basic difference between a Sad person and a Depressed person as the person who is sad, he/she can be recognized that yes, he or she is sad but the person who suffers from depression, cannot be recognized because they have a wide smile on their face and a deep grief inside them. A depression is not a joke it's the worst enemy as it can kill you while you are still alive , it can make you a living dead body. It can make you hollow from inside and kills all your demands, feelings, and even your conscience and your Will. The main question here lies is why and by the influence of whom you are taking or having this dreadful thing in your mind ? A thing which can also End your journey.Nearly 8 lakhs of people around the world commit suicide due to this per year. Why ? A certain paper or a decision doesn't make you disqualify for the exams of Life. Your life isn't that much Cheap. You are the fruits of your parents hardwork and it is a Sin to waste or destroy someone's hardwork in any of way. These facts and figures are known by majority of the people but still these graphs are there. The main and basic question is that how you are taking this point and how can be this condtion prevented ?
Always remember that it's only a one thing good about TIME i.e.,. It passes away. No matter how adverse condition is going in your life believe that it will surely pass away. Nothing is permanent in this world. There is a pandemic COVID19 going on in the world and we have to believe that it will pass away or we will have a solution of it somehow. Strongest storm has it's end.
But the question is still there that how to cope with it and how to win the battle over this ruthless enemy ?
It's prevention is not an easy topic or a porridge to eat. It is developed by practice i.e.,.
1. Practicing daily talk with your near and dear ones.
2. Practicing to avoid the people who demotivate. you.
3. Practicing to develop positive thoughts only.
4. Practicing to keep that disturbing element as far as you can.
5. Practicing to get yourself engaged in other. things and thoughts.
Before going for any harsh decisions always remember the face of your God(Parents) because they are the only one who like to see you what you are not what you have. They have sacrificed nearly their Soul to make you arise. Be their Sun and always try to shine not to decline. And suicide should never be an option as your parents do not have that much strength to carry your corpse. The most difficult and unimaginable thing of your parents is seeing you lifeless.
Talk to them(near and dear ones) they have the solution of everything which exist in the world. Especially your parents they will never let you down at any cost.
Having millions of followers on social media handles is not worth to penny , but having only ONE Friend who will be always their to stand with you at any condtion is worth billions.
This r some prevention...... Not the cure.... Bcoz after going in depression ......i don't think so that guy will be able to take this steps by his /her own........
