Career.

Choosing our career is one the most important question of our lives. It is the question that can let you asleep for many days.
Which stream should we choose? What are the options available in it? How can we make fortune of it? Etc.,. are the main question that comes in our mind when we start to think about our career.
At 6: "I'll become a doctor."
At 16: " Let's go with maths."
At 18: "  Let's go for engineering , will get placement n career is all set".
At 23 : " Koi job mil jaaye bas."

This is the basic condition of the people around us. We usually go with the stream of many influences. After that we realized that all the options are fucked up and again the question haunts that:- How to do a career planning and what are the things we should keep in mind before going for an option ? 
A career planning is basically a calculation which we make to choose our career. The main thing we have in our mind at that time is How to make a large amount of money from it ? That's the where our mind get strayed. Before going for an option we should visualize ourself , we should know our interests , our values , type of personality we have . Then we should do a huge research about the career option which we are selecting . 
Suppose , a person who get faints by just seeing smudges of blood should never choose Doctor as his/her career option. Our career plan also depends on our family condition and influence of others living with us, in which , many of them will demotivate you and many of them will support you . But you should have that intellectuality that the person who is demotivating is not going to live your life. 
Money is secondary but your interest in doing that job is the primary condition , which should be fulfil anyhow. If you are getting a low salary at starting then , don't get disappointed just do the work perfectly in your way you will surely SUCCEED.
Behave like your future it means if you want to be a doctor start being curious about medical things or you want to see you as an engineer start to take interest in the machinery , chemicals , computer and so on. 
A career is not built overnight. It is the collection of all your efforts you made to make it happen. Start acting what you wanna see yourself in your future.
