Overthinking.

Do you overthink ? Is that always helpful or it makes you aware of the problems arising in future ? What type of impact it makes on your relationship ?

Brain: It is the organ or the main mechanism of thinking n having your own n unique perspective. Someone can't change his brain but he/she can change his/her mind and also their way or level of thinking. 
Thinking is the process by which we makes assumptions about the particular situation and also we get our answers of many questions through it. Sometimes , we basically overprepare or overthink which helps us in imagining the both aspects of that situation. Overthinking helps us to prepare about what to do if it happens or what not to do if it not happened. But is this always help us ? Or sometimes it create confusion or misunderstanding?

Overthinking gradually makes you habitual of seeing a world with two perspectives: positive and negative. This led to a mindset in which not a single thing is 100 % good or bad. We start to imagine almost every situation with the same mindset. Overthinking can led to many problems which makes our relationship a hell. Overthinking leds to :-
1. Confusion
2. Misunderstanding 
3. Misjudging
4. Problems in handling a relationship.

Confusion and misunderstanding are the two stongest and undefeated enemy of a relationship. This two can break a relationship too easily. The relationship in which anyone of them enters then, the happiness you get from that relation can led to your greatest sorrow. Never let these two enter in your relation.

When we overthink a topic or about a person then our facts and figures turns into our biggest confusion. It is the manner in which we overjudge or even miss-judge a person or the situations. It sets our mind to an optimum level from which no other voice can reach to our ears.

Overthinking before purchasing a good is well enough but overthinking before accepting your faults isn't. Overthinking before choosing your career is well but overthinking before helping a poor isn't.

These are the some of the general questions which starts to appear like a ghost in our mind when we ever think or read about mantality.
